AUTOHEMO FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PROPHYLAXIS - 35A14
Colella and Pizzillo, 1935 [35A14], p. 344, reported results in
seven cases of cerebral hemorrhage. They conclude:
"Autohemotherapy helps with cerebral hemorrhage, during and after
the attack. It is absolutely indicated as preventive treatment
in cases of established hereditary disposition to high blood
pressure."
AUTOHEMO EXPLANATION NOT IMPORTANT W/FAVORABLE RESULT - 35A14
"... the theories about autohemotherapy are numerous ... ...
However, the explanation is not important ... if the therapy
gives a favorable result. This favorable result is present
without doubt in this new treatment of cerebral hemorrhage ... to
which we have wished to direct attention." [35A14]
